The doc team set operation guide as the first priority. Can I know the
reason
why you don't translate Ops?

Please make sure the translation can be uploaded to Transifex. When
publishing
the translated document in doc website, the translation in Transifex will
be used.

Currently, the translation resources in Transifex are synchronized with
master
branch. So I will suggest you to use the master version, because it will
cause
less differences when you upstream the translation to Transifex.

Hi,all
My action items in the last meeting are:
* Daisy to describe the i18n infra job in the wiki.
I create a wiki page to describe all the tools/scripts involved in
translation: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/I18n/Tools
* Daisy to create wiki page and github project to track the translation
tasks.
I create a wiki page to describe all the works that we want people to help:
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/I18n/Works
I create a organization in github: https://github.com/OpenStack-I18n,
and if you like, we can use the wiki page there to track the progress and
contributors.
