It would be helpful if you could provide that user’s Zanata ID, name,
and e-mail address so that further checks can be performed. (Note that
I am copying to openstack-i18n mailing list for visibility - no need
to share privacy information via public mailing list)
Please note that our translate.openstack.org is based on Zanata, a
deprecated open source project that is no longer actively maintained,
so a complete resolution unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
