Accordingly, the Tokyo Summit for the Mitaka release is only just over 100 days away. CFP closed a couple of days ago, and I've noticed that the first round of ATC discount codes have gone out. If you haven't got yours yet, then keep patching Liberty and sit tight. The discount codes will come out in stages after every snapshot. Turkey Horizon translation broken

Hi Turkey language team and I18N whole team, Horizon daily translation import patch [1] detects an translation error that turkey translation has invalid message format string. It is detected in "check-tempest-dsvm-full" job [2], more precisely [3]. It is an expected behavior, but my question is how we should deal with. Is there any defined process? AFAIK we have never had this kind of discussion. Ideally, it is great that Turkey team can take an action soon. On the other hand, we need to have a process as the I18N project because this blocks translations of all languages. Transifex administrators can delete such translations, but I would like to see the consensus. Help with RST translation tool chain needed

The Japanese translation of the User Guide should be complete according to transifex but looking at docs.openstack.org/draft/ja/user-guide/ I see only a few words in Japanese. Building the guide locally, I see po files that are completely translated but somehow the sphinx tools are not picking these up properly. I'm puzzled on what's going wrong here. Is there anybody that can look at the RST building and tell us what's wrong - and fix if possible ;), please?
