Open Stack

Hi,

We are installing openstack using devstack on a server with NIC which 
supports dpdk. However currently we donot want to enable dpdk.

The installation hangs on the following line after we run ./stack.sh

Please find attached the file local.conf file. We added the following 
lines to install neutron which have no mention of enabling dpdk.
