While you are translating, if you see the wrong script translation,
you could reject it by clicking the reject translation button.[1]
After you reject it, the bad translation will be moved from the
translation.
Gradually, you will have a clean translation.

pa-IN folder and the translations are in develop repositories.
If you want to change pa-IN to pa-Guru,
following steps need to be executed:
#1. Disable the languages of pa-IN, creating a new language pa-Guru.
But it will be a completely new language with no translations and no TM.
You could manage to initialize the translations by uploading po files.
#2. Rename the folder from pa-IN to pa-Guru in develop repositories.

If you do want to do that, I could work on the first step now.
After Liberty translation, I could help to work on the second step.
