[Openstack] How specify image api version at server side?

Hi there,
I would also suggest that you run the `glance` command with the --debug flag. It will give you full details on how to recreate the request, I suspect when you’re forcing the API version, you’re getting a URL that’s not quite right.
Regardless, it should give you more insight and easy troubleshooting.
