The breakdown was because of changes in the Openid provider in openstack.

In order to support their upgrades, we need to provides what's to be
expected from our Openid implementation.
I will need you help on those details and coordinate with them on any
changes needs to be done.

In the mean time, they have revert back their changes and is working now.
