Open Stack

Hi,

As a beginning, I added Kato san's code as a patch so that we can get 
help from openstack-infra and openstack-docs.

To edit this patch:

# git clone git://github.com/openstack-infra/config.git; cd config
# git review -d 39846
# git commit -a --amend
# git review


Posting a message on openstack-docs asking for review now. I will also 
try and take a look at things myself.
