Hi all,

I have an admin guide bug<https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/+bug/1602124> that needs some Subject Matter Expert advice on the location of  a /policy.json file.

Maoshuai has stated that the file recommended in the admin guide - that Admins can restrict which users can create volumes in the nova/policy.json file - is incorrect.

Operations related to creating volumes are, in fact, controlled by the cinder/policy.json file, and the service name mentioned in the docs need to change. Is this correct?
