The Ubuntu liberty-2 packages for nova are broken (and neutron... but I
could apply workarounds), so unless liberty-3 packages drop by early next
week, I'm going to work on the architecture changes using Ubuntu Kilo
packages and configuration changes using a combination of gate jobs and
os-ansible-deployment liberty-3.
