[OpenStack-docs] [install-guide] Meeting notes 8 September 2015

Hmm... I'm going through the Install Guide (RDO, for Fedora / CentOS /
RHEL) that's linked from https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/KiloDocTesT
ting-RST and I'm seeing a couple of things before I even get to the
point of working with the first VM.
- on the first page of the Index section I see this: "This guide
documents OpenStack Liberty release."
- on the first page of the Basic Environment section there's a note
that says "...you must use the Kilo version of this guide...", but the
link takes me back to the pre-RST version
So am I missing where the combination of RDO / RST / Kilo instructions
are, or should I continue vetting the guide I get from the
KiloDocTesTting-RST link above?
