[OpenStack-docs] [install] Instructions for installation using VMs

Hello,

I agree with Roger in this case. We do not need to explicitly mention
Virtualbox or any other hypervisor for this. Simply pointing people towards
training-labs project should be enough and easy to maintain.

Training-labs is almost caught up with install-guides. Currently Kilo is
almost done and in the recent future Liberty support will also be merged.

Other thoughts, maintaining VirtualBox/other hyp. guides is not a good
solution. I remember having similar conversations with Anne when I was
trying to do something similar.
