Hi everyone,

I would just like to clarify the use of back-end vs. back end.

In the past we have corrected patches to use the two separate words, 'back end' as that is what the IBM Style Guide uses.

However it appears now in the contributor guide, http://docs.openstack.org/contributor-guide/writing-style/word-choice.html it appears we have reverted back to back-end.

Apparently there has been a mailing list discussion about this before however I cannot seem to find the history - so if someone is able to fill me in, that would be great!
