I'm double-booked at your meeting time today, so I thought I'd write a
response here.

I know you're not asking me, and you're asking the team, which is cool. But
I need to point out that your comparison may not be apt here. The neutron
incubation discussion is about merging features or entire APIs into the
neutron tree. I don't think that's your end goal here, your end goal sounds
like standing up a new program just for training due to the differences
from docs.

Just not sure the neutron incubation path discussion is a match for this
discussion, they're a bit too different for me to wrap my head around the
comparison.

Do you want a separate team and PTL? What benefits are you seeking?

That's more of the discussion than looking for an existing pattern, I
think. Let me know what your goals are.

Thanks,
Anne
