I've finally had a chance to review, I think this is absolutely the right
way to go.

What's the plan for autogenerate-config-docs going forward? Are you going
to add it to the openstack-toolsrepo (e.g., in tools?)

In the future, I would love to see it added to the appropriate
openstack-infra project, and run it every time there's a code change in one
of the projects, detect if any of the generated tables have changed, and
then auto-submit a patch to openstack-manuals.

Also, I see you're the OpenStack Community Manager now! When did that
happen?
