Hi,

I have gone through and linked all the configuration tables that were 
automatically generated for nova to the Compute Administration Guide, 
expanding its configuration reference, adding config option sections to 
areas that lacked them and removing old tables.

This is a serious improvement in the accuracy and completeness of the 
publicly available configuration information for nova, and I would 
apprectiate your positive review as soon as you can !
