I think we were talking about putting it in docs/tools, but if it needs 
to go elsewhere to achieve the below, it can move. The reason it's 
seperate right now is it's still under rapid development that putting 
through the review process would slow down. The quality should be 
improved too before serious code reviews start happening :)
