A few suggestions – take them or leave them!

First sentence – lead with the documentation part. The word "adoption" is unnecessary (I think).
Second sentence – what's the difference between "develop" and "create"? X the word create.
I think the "treated like OpenStack code" part needs its own sentence because I don't understand what it means in the context of the second sentence.

Provide documentation for core OpenStack projects to promote OpenStack.
Develop and maintain tools and processes to ensure quality, accurate documentation.
Treat documentation like OpenStack code.

You know, I'm thinking it's overly complex and "listy" anyway. I think this is simpler, and I meant to indicate core:

Promote OpenStack adoption by providing documentation for core projects. Develop, maintain, and create tools and processes to ensure quality, accurate documentation treated like OpenStack code.

Thoughts on simplifying?

OK, this is nitpicky, but is it "administrating" or "administering"? I mean, I know we SAY administrating, but I've always considered it a "fun" word, like "automagically".
