I am Immaculate Atim, an outreachy applicant, interested to work on open stack project #1 Add missing CLI support for some Glance API in Openstack Client . I request to work on the issue of Unhelpful error message when neutron server is unavailable <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-openstackclient/+bug/1675394>. I would like to submit a patch for the stable/ocata branch that fixes this issue if it is decided that this is the right way to fix this issue.
