Hi Tom,

While it is *very* early days, you might be interested in this patch
[1], which starts to add Ubuntu support to Kayobe. We're just starting
this effort, and there are potential obstacles before it may be
considered production ready, but we are not entirely starting from
zero since many of the components that Kayobe is built from already
support Ubuntu. If you are keen to use Kayobe with Ubuntu, and have
resources to help, please let me know.
