Hello,

I have a question about configuration of horizon.

There are some javascript files contains "conf" in their file name in horizon repository.[1]
Are they configuration files like local_settings.py for panels implemented in Angular?
Sometimes, should I edit these files if I'd like to customize my horizon?

e.g. horizon/static/framework/conf/conf.js,
      openstack_dashboard/static/app/core/conf/conf.module.js
