We have periodic jobs defined in Zuul which do things like rerun
unit or integration tests for projects' stable branches and then
send failure notifications to the stable-maint mailing list. It's
definitely a thing.

This is great. It means that we can use existing OpenStack approach rather then reinventing the wheel.
I think I will be able to create a simple script for URLs verification. It looks pretty straightforward as catalog is in machine friendly format.
