[openstack-dev] [Neutron][LBaaS] Wednesday meeting agenda topics

I'm OK with essentially skipping the Wednesday video meetings until we're
at a point that we're ready to concentrate on Octavia as a project.
In previous video meetings there was a general sentiment that more could be
accomplished (and faster) using video communications, while avoiding a lot
of misunderstandings that crop up when people use text as a sole means of
communication. (And there's science to back up this claim:
http://www.nonverbalgroup.com/2011/08/how-much-of-communication-is-really-nonverbal/
http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/beyond-words/201109/is-nonverbal-communication-numbers-game
)
Having said this, even if someone is recording all the video feeds that go
into a video conference, this is difficult to document in any useful way
for posterity or even for people who aren't able to make it to the
discussion.
When the Octavia project kicks into high gear once the Neutron LBaaS stuff
is in a good state for Juno, we'll probably start with the high-bandwidth
video conferences among those interested in contributing to the project and
probably move to IRC or some other more document-able solution once the
initial groundwork for the project is laid and high-bandwidth communication
isn't as vital.
