<div><br></div><div>Having said this, even if someone is recording all the video feeds that go into a video conference, this is difficult to document in any useful way for posterity or even for people who aren't able to make it to the discussion.<br>
<br>When the Octavia project kicks into high gear once the Neutron LBaaS stuff is in a good state for Juno, we'll probably start with the high-bandwidth video conferences among those interested in contributing to the project and probably move to IRC or some other more document-able solution once the initial groundwork for the project is laid and high-bandwidth communication isn't as vital.</div>

 I know others do get more out of it, and that includes people on my team at Rackspace.  Basically, what I am saying is I'd be fine with only doing the IRC meeting, at least for now.  Once more focus is put on Octavia, then it would need its own meeting.<br>

 time for face-to-face discussions of the same meeting topics we have on Thursday morning.  I think its a good idea to use the time that way at least until Octavia is more of a priority.  Does anyone else share this same concern?  Do we think that's a good
