Open Stack

Okay! I've petitioned to have a second openstack-meeting channel created so that we can grab a more advantageous timeslot! (blueprint for the CI team here: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/openstack-ci/+spec/openstack-meeting-2 )

As such, the Horizon project meeting will happen immediately following the weekly OpenStack Project Status meeting at 22:00 UTC (this overlaps the Red Dwarf meeting).

We will start next week (Tuesday December 4). If the new channel isn't set up by then we can have it in the openstack-horizon channel. I'll follow up with a reminder and a channel confirmation net week.
