Open Stack

I’ve gone over the numbers of meeting attendance. For the meetings at 15 UTC
we have as many as 17 attendees and as few as 11 (average 13). Compared to
the 1 UTC meetings which have a significant reduction in attendance with a high
of 9 and a low of 7 (average 8). 

I want to encourage inclusiveness, but I’m not sure the numbers support having
the split meetings. If Pac-Asia attendance were much higher I would support
continuing the split times, but at some 1 UTC meetings there was zero attendance
from that region. Additionally, I’ve heard from several people in Europe that the
1 UTC time is entirely unworkable for them, further reducing our geographic
diversity.

I’m in favor of going back to the 15 UTC time.
