Hi Jay,

Good to hear from you.

I think it makes sense to have a discussion around the project¹s goals
before diving into a specific methodology.  There has been some discussion
within the community around ³survey fatigue² because there are a number of
efforts including the persona validation and bi-annual user survey.

One suggestion would be to leverage the Operator¹s Summit and conduct a
series of informal interviews with attendees.  In that case, you probably
chat with Tom Fifield to make sure it wouldn¹t be a distraction.

Of course, this is one person's opinion and the folks with both the
foundation and user committee will also respond with some ideas.
