[openstack-tw] App Hackathon update meeting

Hi Michael,

      It is good to know that you are the project manager of this 
event.  When people from inwinStack contacted with me, I thought that we 
need to help to organize the event.  That is why I called the meeting 
without knowing you are the project manager.  Now we know you are in 
charge of the event.  It is good to have you in control of everything.  
Two things to let you know:

      1. The judges from academia site were set.  Some of them have 
experiences on Hackason events.

      2. We do not have a formal agenda of the meeting.  Please bring 
your own to the meeting.
