[Openstack-personas] Goals for Personas

Am I the only one struck with the irony of having to establish personas 
for the people who are going to need the personas? :)

In all seriousness, we are definitely looking at a minimum of two 
groups: marketers and developers (with docs as part of that latter group).

It is definitely a serious question.  Where do we want to focus?

Now, we have seen some very long lists, from Dave's initial stab at it 
to the IBM list of roles.  The reality is that these lists are probably 
too long. I did have a look at that presentation and I think one 
true-ism is that once we get beyond 3-7 personas it's getting 
unmanagable.  At the very least, none of our target audiences, whoever 
they are, are going to provide more customized approaches than that.

So I would recommend that we start with a fairly small group of 
personas, and then perhaps start decomposing them as we go along.
