The doc team set operation guide as the first priority. Can I know the
reason
why you don't translate Ops?

Please make sure the translation can be uploaded to Transifex. When
publishing
the translated document in doc website, the translation in Transifex will
be used.

Currently, the translation resources in Transifex are synchronized with
master
branch. So I will suggest you to use the master version, because it will
cause
less differences when you upstream the translation to Transifex.
