Greetings OpenStack community,

A new guideline merged this week, describing the "not in" operator for query strings, and some clarification of when to use 400 vs 404 is ready for wider review. See below for links to both. Other than that, not a lot going on. If you're aware of a missing, misleading, or just plain wrong guideline please start a review to fix it, or create a bug so that we can remember to do it later.

Please note that the API-WG meetings scheduled for the 22nd and 29th of December will be cancelled.

# Highlighting your API impacting issues

If you seek further review and insight from the API WG, please address your concerns in an email to the OpenStack developer mailing list[1] with the tag "[api]" in the subject. In your email, you should include any relevant reviews, links, and comments to help guide the discussion of the specific challenge you are faciing.
