[Openstack] Cinder iscsi performance

Hey Ivan,
Running 3par for my back end.. Just replied back to another user, but at this point I don’t think its anything on my Openstack or iscsi set up, After doing a bunch of tests, with no consistent results, time to dig into my 3par config.
