[Openstack] Help with openstack single node deployment

I'm an absolute amateur at this -- no doubt OpenStack Infra has better
tools -- but I have a suite of deployment configurations here:

https://github.com/jtopjian/terraform-devstack

The most up-to-date ones are the "packstack-standard" (which I'm now using
Packer to create a standard image that launches into an OpenStack
all-in-one environment) and "packstack-legacy". The difference is that
"standard" uses all of the latest service versions (Keystone v3 / LBaaS v2)
and "legacy" uses Keystone v2 and LBaaS v1.

They aren't configured to do fully automated CI *yet* (I still log in and
trigger a suite of tests to execute), but they work perfect for getting a
repeatable OpenStack AIO environment running.
