[Openstack] There are no availability zones

Amit,

This sometimes occurs if your compute isn't configured properly. Check to
see if you have any XXXX in either nova service-list or neutron agent-list

Also feel free to join the openstack-ansible channel, there's usually
someone about who can answer questions.
