Open Stack

Hi All,

I'm in ocata release, had 2 running instance
(openstack) server list

but why when I open in the horizon at "Project / Compute / Overview" page
it's show

*"Instances Used 3 of 10"*
and when I check from usage list it show 4 instance used ?
(openstack) usage list
Usage from 2017-03-24 to 2017-04-22:

even I deleted all instance, the value in  "Project / Compute / Overview"
page horizon won't be refresh/update.

any suggestion for this case ?
