Terminology issue here: '2015.1.2' doesn't refer to a single patch (such 
as for the issue you've mentioned).  Rather it's a complete stable 
update release for Kilo.  2015.1.0 was the original Kilo release; 
2015.1.1 was the first stable update release; 2015.1.2 was the second 
stable update release; etc.

So, what do you have installed already, and do you really want to apply 
just that one patch to it, or to install the whole of the 2015.1.2 
update release?

That depends how your system is installed already.
