[Openstack] Flat networking not pinging LAN machines

Enabling promiscuous mode on eth0 will not suffice,  you should enable it
on virtualbox switches.

If you have it already,  then,  trace the packets for your vm using tcpdump
-l -a -e -I any command on your guest and host
