Sorry to disturb yours. I have resolve this problem.
Edit file /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/libvirt.py, add the following line after 'def baselineCPU(self, xmlCPUs, flags=0):'
xmlCPUs = ['<cpu>\n <arch>x86_64</arch>\n <model>core2duo</model>\n <topology sockets="4" cores="1" threads="1"/>\n</cpu>\n']

ok.I will use centos 7 for test.
Another question, I install openstack on kvm ,but found nova-compute couldn't start on compute node.
check log from /var/log/messages,I get the following error message:
Oct 17 12:31:52 network nova-compute: libvirtError: XML error: Missing CPU model name
Oct 17 12:31:52 network journal: End of file while reading data: Input/output error
Oct 17 12:31:52 network systemd: openstack-nova-compute.service holdoff time over, scheduling restart.
and I check file /proc/cpuinfo,there is no cpu model info。 How can I fix this problem?

Correct me if I am wrong but on CentOS 6.3 you have Python 2.6.
And Python 2.6 support is being dropped in OpenStack since OpenStack Juno for servers.
