Hello all! I am a student of computer and my undergraduate research is about QoS for cloud computing. I would like to contribute to the OpenStack project in my research. So my question is: how can I contribute to the project? I would like to improve the elasticity of OpenStack through the Heat + LBaaS, or maybe propose vertical elasticity.
