[Openstack] IP change on control node

Hi Greg,
If you change all of your IP addresses after you've deployed OpenStack,
that one of the most disruptive things one can do. Keystone deployed
standalone has IPs in endpoints for sure but I'd look more closely at how
your services talking to Keystone since its more likely other services are
using the old IPs.
