Hi,

I have an Icehouse installation running on CentOS 6.5 using the RDO
repositories (without packstack) and things seem to working well. But if I
restart a compute node I see something similar to

Resuming guests on default URI...
Resuming guest instance-00000073: error: Failed to start domain
instance-00000073
error: Cannot get interface MTU on 'qbr26efd53a-61': No such device

Resuming guest instance-00000076: error: Failed to start domain
instance-00000076
error: Cannot get interface MTU on 'qbr2648a63a-7c': No such device

Resuming guest instance-000000bd: error: Failed to start domain
instance-000000bd
error: Cannot get interface MTU on 'qbr97424b5e-50': No such device

Is this expected ?

I can understand the interfaces not being available as these are created by
Neutron.

A Post at http://openstack.redhat.com (
http://openstack.redhat.com/forum/discussion/702/kvm-boot-promble-on-guest-boot-after/p1
) suggests that images should not be being made as persistent. Is this
correct? Currently it appears that all of my instances are persistent.

]# virsh list --persistent
 Id Name State
----------------------------------------------------
 4 instance-00000076 running
 5 instance-00000073 running

If I do need to change something can someone point me to some documentation
as my Google foo doesn't seem to be up the task :)

Thanks.
