[Openstack] VM lose connectivity if created new. Have to restart neutron-plugin-openvswitch-agent

Hi Adrián, 

In fact, I have everything bridget to create VM outside the openstack 
with KVM. 

But in this case I made them just because they were specified in the 
example configuration of the openvswitch plugin. And ml2 plugin later.

They are the br0 and br-ext. I asked for this in another thread.

But I don't know what are they for.
