[Openstack] [OpenStackClient] List availability zones and usage

Hey Tim,

AFAICT we do not have equivalent commands for the two you mention, feel 
free to open a bug for each command.

For a complete list of implemented commands, check out:

But we're slowly migrating that info to RST:
