[Openstack] slow terminate jobs..

Could you tell me how you did that? I tried option
"NODE_IP_ADDRESS=0.0.0.0" in rabbitmq-env but it insists on binding to IPv6
address.

netstat -na | grep 5672

tcp    0    0    :::5672    :::*    LISTEN
