The OpenStack Technical Committee ("TC") met in #openstack-meeting at
20:00 UTC yesterday.
Here is a quick summary of the outcome of this meeting:
* The TC approved a special motion changing the TC membership (starting
in the Fall 2013 elections) to be an all directly-elected group of 13
members [1]. The TC Charter[2] will be updated accordingly.

* The TC started to consider the "Designate" project for incubation.
