And the winner is... Juno !

Juno will be the name of the OpenStack development cycle starting in May
2014, after the Icehouse cycle completes.

We had 748 voters and Juno was generally preferred to any other option,
whatever the method used to pick the winner:

Ranking average:
Juno 3.36, Jekyll 4.12, Jersey 5.15, Jackson 5.40

Preferred candidate:
Juno was ranked 1st by 36.6% of the voters
Jekyll was ranked 1st by 25.5% of the voters

Condorcet winner:
Juno is the Condorcet winner (beats every other candidate in pairwise
comparisons, including Jekyll 419-329)

STV winner:
Juno also wins STV voting in the last round against Jekyll.
