OK great, so I just treat them as normal ubuntu packages.

That was the main thing, where the bzr branches are as well would be good.
They don't show up in launchpad e.g. at https://code.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glance

Also there is no way to say this bug affects the cloud archive version as opposed to the precise version from what I can see.
