Hmm, well I can't imagine the snapshot would take that long :) Looks 
like it is hung.

This is exceedingly odd. Usually when this has happened to me, I've 
found *something* from libvirt in the compute log on the node in 
question -- even if that something is a quite cryptic QEMU error...

Any chance of entries in /var/log/libvirt/?

Well, sounds like the instance is essentially not usable at this point, 
so I'm not sure if there would be any further issues with attempting to 
terminate the instance...
