[Openstack] Install openstack in single PC with virtualbox

If you are running inside of virtualbox, you will have to use nova in software mode (--libvirt_type=qemu) and it will be extremely slow for any decently-sized modern image.  I tend to use the ttylinux image when running in software mode.
