[Openstack] Creating a forum

Me too. I can't stand Launchpad's Answers system and I don't
particularly care for forums in general. The StackOverflow style is an
easy-to-use alternative.

As soon as I can turn LP Answers for Glance off and move to a
StackExchange-like system, the better, IMHO.
